Ingredients:
2 oz pomegranate juice
1 oz fresh blood orange juice
½ oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz Saffron infusion (a few strands steeped in a few tbsp of water, to taste)
1 oz vanilla-honey syrup (1 Tbsp honey, 1 Tbsp water, 3-4 drops vanilla extract)
1 Tbsp (Vital Proteins) Collagen Peptides
2 oz chilled sparkling mineral water (or Blood Orange Spindrift)
Tiny pinch sea salt
Instructions:
1. Make the syrup:
In a small bowl or glass, mix 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of water, and 3-4 drops of vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Combine flavors:
In a glass or shaker, stir/shake together the pomegranate juice, blood orange juice, lemon juice, saffron infusion, vanilla-honey syrup, and sea salt.
3. Create the froth:
Add the collagen peptides to the mixture. Use a handheld frother or shake vigorously to develop a beautiful, thick foam.
4. Assemble:
Pour the mixture into your favorite glass, over ice.
